Working alongside the Captain to plan and deliver unforgettable cruise itineraries in remote locations
Coordinating all daily activities to a precise time frame
Responsible for writing the daily schedule, passenger manifests and other documents to a high level of detail
Liaising with the Pilot to create complex helicopter flight plans exercising excellent organisational skills
Assisting with safe passenger embarkation & disembarkation of the helicopter

Ongoing support, training and team meetings with the hospitality department ensuring a first-class reputation is upheld
