I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and a Master's in Electrical Power Engineering, providing a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems from microelectronics to large-scale power networks. My experience at hydropower for more than 8 years as an Electrical Engineer honed my practical expertise in the field, from operations to testing and maintenance functions. I possess proven electrical design skills, which I have extensively applied to design and simulate Bhutan's power system network. This crucial work involved conducting in-depth load flow and transient fault studies, directly contributing to the stability and efficiency of the national grid. Beyond my technical prowess, I am a fast learner with demonstrated IT, programming, troubleshooting and leadership skills. This was particularly evident when I stepped into the role of Project Manager for Bhutan's National Digital Identity project in 2020. I successfully spearheaded and completed this complex initiative, currently delivering substantial benefits to the citizens of Bhutan.   • Authored paper titled “Offline High Voltage Diagnostic Test Findings on 15MVA Generator of Basochhu Hydropower Plant” which was selected for the ICPSE 2016: 18th International Conference on Power Systems Engineering, Dubai, UAE on, 26th – 27th December 2016.
  • Co-authored a technical paper titled “Analyzing Current Transformers Saturation Characteristics for Different Connected Burden Using LabVIEW Data Acquisition Tool”. The paper is published in “International Journal of Electrical and Power Engineering, Vol:9, No.:10-2015”
  • I took part in the 3rd National Level Student Technical Symposium organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Sengunthar College of Engineering, Tiruchengode held on 29th September 2010, where I secured the first position. My paper was titled “Auto Motor Speed Controller”.
  • I presented a paper at IIT, Madras during the “Young Innovator Programme”, from 19th to 20th March 2010. The paper was titled “Last Mile Communication”.
