• Implement use of enterprise version of AI Tool- Copilot in Unit Testing Optimization helping reducing the developer's effort by 20% .
• Successfully completed migration of 25 + microservices to Azure. resulting in reduction of Enterprise wide infrastructure cost.
• Successfully upgraded the Database from SQL 2012 to SQL 2022 for 5 different servers which resulted in enhancing the performance and data security of the application.
• Led the project for successful launch of Mobile Based Payment (Eftpos Air) for retail merchants, which led to increase in Westpac's volume of Retail payments by 20% in 8 months, and other upcoming new products within Merchant's domain.
• Rolled out suitable performance measures like Blue Optima tool for monitoring Developer's productivity which resulted in better visibility of developer's output and resource optimization.
  

Summary

• Responsible for delivering key software applications underneath Westpac's Merchant Digital Platform(MDP) - A product for Onboarding Retail Merchants and Managing end to end Account and Payment Systems (like Visa, Mastercard).
• Responsible for managing the Tech team consisting of 21 developers ranging from front-end , middleware and back-end specialization.
• The applications for the product are based on Microservices architecture and consist of diverse tech stack like REST API, Dot Net ,Angular JS and SQL.

• Representing my team in quarterly PI planning for highlighting the dependencies, risks also showcasing team's achievements.
• Managing and tracking risks in the project using Microsoft RAID.
