1. City Residence at Sultanpur Farms , New Delhi, India (3-acre private residential project)

Scope of Work: Architecture, Interior, FFE

Theme : Classical + Contemporary
- The project focused on optimizing functional space, light n ventilation in the residence which would result in client satisfaction.

My learnings & contribution:

• The selection of materials for the expansion of the project was critical; a steel framework was used instead of concrete to save time and money. Another challenge was integrating different materials to achieve a seamless exterior finish.
• Developed Good for construction (GFC) documents, Working drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed Part plans, Details, 3Ds, mood boards and vendor management of the project.
• Accompanied construction site visits to monitor plan compliance.

2. Vatika OOO Tower , Gurgaon, India (12 Acres Business Park)

Scope of Work: Interior Architecture of common areas (reception, lobby, washrooms) of 4 towers.

Theme: Minimalistic

- The Client wanted detailed drawings and sections with all the services properly shown in the sections n details.

My Learnings and contribution:

• While doing interiors for a project, you need to be mindful of the services that are the core facility of a building.
• Developed Good for construction (GFC) documents, Working drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed Part plans.
• Developed detailed plans for buildings, including electrical wiring, plumbing systems, structural framework and other features.
• Vendor Management.

• Drafted plans, sections and revision drawings for residential projects
• Prepared presentations and Ideations outlining design concepts for client approval
• Developed drawings and 3D models of buildings using ZWCAD and SketchUp.
• Developed company profile that featured all the projects of firm and highlights the clientele.
