SUPPLY CHAIN & INVENTORY ANALYST

  • Prepare monthly profitability reports and advised on corrective action to management
  • Analyse the Product / Project Costs and discuss with Management recommendations for improving the margins and detail the factors that reduced profitability
  • This includes single inventory purchases and Turnkey manufacturing projects
  • Financial Analysis of the cable assembly manufacturing business to ensure profitability is maintained
  • Using our integrated system review the excess stock on a monthly basis for all entities in Braemac Group and discuss with key staff on how to reduce excess value
  • Responsible for undertaking a detailed review and reporting on aged stock (dead stock, potential dead and slow moving stock)
  • The aim of this is to make staff aware of the inventory holding cost and negotiating with customer to purchase
  • Review inventory subsidiary ledger and action the month end stock mark down reports for management
  • Review the charges on the Freight and Vendor invoices / credit notes and reconciling against vendor statements for payment preparation
  • Review on a monthly cycle debtors ledger to identify loan stock issued to the customers
  • Resolve Vendor Inventory issues related to outstanding purchase credit notes
  • Discussions with External Auditors for any issues that are raised involving Inventory and Cost Management
  • Complete start to end management for RMA's and discuss with Customer Service, RSM's, FSE's and PM on the required action plan and issuing credits to the customers as applicable
  • The aim is to ensure the company costs are reduced to ensure the required systems are in place to streamline the process and provide the necessary training to staff
  • Managing cycle counts for Braemac and cable assembly and reporting on variances
  • This includes the overseas entities of UK, Sing, HK, Braemac CA, EMI and other Turnkey locations
  • Responsible for Year End Audited stock counts for all the Braemac locations and CEM location sites
  • Final reports to be prepared and submitted to management for approval
  • Discuss with BDO Auditors any stock related enquiries
  • Integral member of the implementation Team involving the analysis of stock items that will be migrated from Nav Dynamics to Business Central
  • This also involves the balancing of the two stock ledgers to ensure the closing inventory in Nav will equal the opening value both dollar and quantity in Business Central
  • Identify Inventory that must be rectified before uploading into Business Central
  • Train staff on Business Central around the Inventory Management, RMA's and Returned stock
