I have found that working in the field of disability at times very rewarding, however can be frustrating when changes do not happen quickly for people with disability.
I strongly believe in helping protect the rights and interests of people with disability and to support people to speak up. In my employ at Villamanta I was devoted to assisting people with disability to have a more inclusive life free from discrimination and vulnerability.
