Accomplishments

  • Led and initiated the creation of a comprehensive onboarding checklist for 30+ Education Support Officers during the Statewide Sprint recruitment at TAFE Digital. Collaborated with Team Leaders and the Manager of Education Quality to develop and implement the checklist, resulting in positive feedback across all teaching sections.
  • Successfully spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Minor Works application, resulting in the realization of a state-of-the-art retail excellence at Bankstown TAFE. As part of this initiative, I took charge of strategically selecting the optimal location and meticulously designing the store's fit out, materials, and colours. Through close collaboration with Project Managers and a team of experts, I ensured the seamless execution of the project. As a result, students now benefit from an exceptional retail education experience in a simulated environment that not only caters to their learning needs but also operates as a public retail outlet, offering a diverse range of retail products.
  • Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive program to support new teachers as part of the first IEC Pilot of Paid to Learn, which has since been adopted as the current model. This program encompasses a comprehensive introduction to TAFE systems, equipping teachers with the necessary tools to confidently deliver, and ensuring the completion of their Individual Delivery Plans (IDPs) to a high standard. By providing dedicated support and guidance, I facilitated the growth and development of these teachers, empowering them to become exceptional educators and deliver exceptional student experiences.
