I grew up on a family farm and began work from a young age. I was taught responsibility and the importance of a strong work ethic early on. This has been staple in my development of becoming the best worker I can be, seeing the gaps that need filling, jumping in where I can and always completing tasks as well as I can. Working in a family business has given me a head start in developing manger qualities which I was able to put into practice in my first job out of high school. I feel blessed for the skills my parents have given me and want to continue to grow and sharpen them.
