I have recently been working in a fast paced medditerranean restaurant in concord west. Thus,Developing knowledge for all foods ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am pretty familiar with breakfast foods like Avocado smash, Eggs benedicts, scrambled eggs,poached eggs,different types of omelettes including( gercian,Aussie,salmon and manymore),Mushroom stack,Acai bowls, Full breakfasts, bacon and egg roll. Also, i would like to include my known lunch and dinner foods like chicken and lamb skewers,variations of pastas including( boscaiola,pomodoro,bolognese,pescataro,gambretti ), Fish and chips,chicken schnitzels,chicken parmigiana,grilled salmon,baramundi and a lot more. Also i have very good experience with different salads,burgers and sandwiches.

Moreover,i also like making crepes,waffles and pancakes.
