Sushma Shrestha

I am a motivated and compassionate Bachelor of Community Services student at Acknowledge Education. During my time at Acknowledge Education, I have developed strong knowledge and practical skills in counseling theories, case management, and effective communication in community services. Additionally, my education has helped me better grasp social inclusion, cultural safety, and the value of person-centered care. I am dedicated to fostering equitable and welcoming work environments in the community services industry, and I have a strong desire to assist people from a variety of backgrounds. And also, I am a compassionate care worker with a background in providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those requiring palliative care. Strong interpersonal skills paired with ability to manage challenging situations while promoting client dignity and independence. I can't wait to use my developing abilities in a work environment where I can keep learning and make a significant contribution.
