Accomplishments


Title: Build a Web based mobile application for homeless people

Objective: To develop a handy mobile application for homeless and needy people to help them reach out to the services available in the local areas.

Tools: Flutter, Firebase, Adobe XD, Project Libre, Google Docs and slides, Postman Agent (API)

Duties: In a group of 4, I was assigned a role of junior project manager/product owner and my duty involved:

· Collaborating with the project manager in planning and setting up the overall project

· Preparing Project charter, Project Management Plan (PMP), Project schedules, and budget plan and other project documents.

· Allocating tasks to each team members according to their skills and interests.

· Arranging weekly meetings with all the stakeholders including clients to update on project status.

· Assisting Project Manager in preparing Risk Management Plan.

· Ensuring an effective communication between the project team and with the stakeholders in a timely manner.

· Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring all team members are contributing their part in the project.

Outcome: Achieved a High Distinction and excellent feedback from the client.
