With Flexible Exports, customers will allow Endeavour Energy to communicate with their solar inverters and remotely adjust their exports down, only when needed, to stabilize the local network.

As a business analyst for the project, I am working on a customer-facing connection portal that will manage all solar generator applications. I am also working on a prototype for a portal for the solar installers.

• Clean Car Standards – The Clean Car Standards is a government initiative to tackle transport sector CO2 emission levels, as part of the effort to address climate change. The program encourages a greater supply of low- and no-emission vehicle imports to New Zealand by charging importers for vehicles with high CO2 emissions and giving credits for vehicles with low CO2 emissions.
• Customer Service POC - PEGA Customer Service Version '23 POCs for the client.
  Building workflows and configurations for incoming calls, intelligent guidance and script adherence, and suggested actions, creating views using Constellation.

My roles and responsibilities:

• Traffic Certificate – This project is related to the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct State Environmental SEPP, which requires proponents to obtain a Traffic Certificate for certain developments.
• UX/UI Transformation- This project is to implement NSW branding guidelines, reusable UI assets, and enhanced applicant dashboards and case manager dashboards.
• State Design Review Panel - This project provides a digital workflow that enables proponents to submit applications for large-scale projects that require design quality advice and undergo assessments by the SDRP (State Design Review Panel). The panel includes highly experienced architects and other professionals from industry and government.
