• Brought residents to dining hall and distributed lunch, dinner, beverages and

snacks.

• Distributed foods to residents in their room (when they cannot come to the

dining hall)

• Respond promptly to buzzers and residents need.

• Helped residents move around the corridor.

• Engaged with residents, listened to their stories, provided sympathy when

they were sad or crying.

• Reporting any changes in Residents behaviour skin conditions or any emergency to RNs in-charge.

Provided flexible care across various aged care facilities during COVID pandemic.

Maintained infection control by the use of PPE.
