• Manage and provide operational guidance/support to over 20 Branch service leaders. Provide support and advice to over 20 Affiliate service leaders.
• Conduct Performance Planning and Feedback.
• Recruit new staff, provide onboarding training.
• Collaborate with specialist HR partners in managing underperformance.
• Provide feedback to services through service visit report.
• Report monthly through to Regional Manager and Finance Manager.
• Active participant in Early Years Network meetings across Townsville, Whitsundays, Cairns, Atherton Tablelands and Mt Isa.
• Plan Townsville Welcome Back Day and other Professional Development days.
• Host Regional team meetings to discuss and unpack C&K Strategic Plan and operationalise out strategic objectives and initiatives for the central and north regions.
