  • Administering emergency intramuscular psychiatric medications during an acute phase of a consumer's psychosis and monitoring for potential side effects then escalating to medical team for review if necessary
  • Working with challenging behaviours in various psychiatric conditions by utilizing effective verbal de-escalation skills
