T2M Metron – Bridges & Utilities Survey: The Sydney Metro project involves the survey of the existing bridges for the southwest metro comprising eight different bridges at eight different stations


  • Successfully applied Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) and completed the service scanning for the utilities, sewer, water, and gas lines to upgrade the new bridge.
  • Prepared site diary, site inspection report and handed over to the Sydney Metro Representative.


Sydney Metro Marrickville Stabling Yard: The development comprises access roads, drainage line, and a huge culvert filled with well compacted sandstone for the Metro resting yard


  • Prepared site diary, site inspection report and monthly forecasting and accruals of the project.
  • Successfully supervised the 3m of crushed sandstone backfill around the culvert below the stabling yard using TfNSW R44 Specifications.


Sydenham Station and Junction: Sydenham Metro upgrade contract involved upgrading Sydenham station to able to operate as part of the new Metro, including signaling works, utility relocations, and train control system installations.


  • Successfully supervised the track formation for the new extended track for the Sydenham station.
  • Successfully liaised with Third Party Asset owners like Sydney water, Ausgrid, and Brefni to prepare the construction methodology, supervision around the railway track and delivered service investigations of the tracks.
  • Safely delivered the supervision of critical piling activities inside the railway corridor and platforms for the installation of GST post and signalling.

  • Diligently conducted monthly quality reporting, cost tracking, budgeting, accurals and forecasting for Project Managers and Risk Management Plan.
  • Ensured the safety and risk management plan as well as Inspection Test Plans through app like ‘Take 5' and SWMS against SHEQ framework, Safety Essentials and Management Systems.
  • Liaised with Project Manager to develop, analyse, review and evaluate budget and quality options for the project.
  • Successfully completed the supervision of earthworks as per the TfNSW R44 specification of Earthworks and verified the subgrade foundation for all the station prior building access roads and piling platforms.

Australian Rail Track Corporation Ltd (ARTC): Hunter Valley region track reconditioning contract involves upgrading track foundation, Culvert replacement at different stations of Werris creek, Parkville, Muswellbrook, Quirindi, Singleton.


  • To provide an efficient and reliable rail transportation system between mines and the Port of Newcastle, including signalling works, utility relocations, and train control system installations.
  • Successfully liaised with Third Party Asset owner like Daracon, Rhomberg Rail to deliver the track as per the ARTC Specification for Earth works and delivered service investigations of the tracks.
  • Ensured Risk Management Plan, Project Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan are adhered during the supervision of track formation minimizing the effect of changes on cost and time.
  • Reviewing the contract and managing the project budget under the supervision of Project Manager, monitoring the progress, and allocating the required resources as per the schedule.
