• Designed, developed and implemented the interactive maintenance deferral system DMS (Deferral Management System) prior to full Maintenix cutover to control deferral of aircraft maintenance events.
• Designed, developed and implemented the 3-Day Plan, a short range planning tool for allocation of domestic fleet maintenance events and resources.
• Developed LAMPS (Line Aircraft Maintenance Planning System), an automation project prior to full Maintenix cutover, to integrate and automate line maintenance planning processes and transactions.
• Developed LPO (Line Planning Optimiser), an optimisation tool to improve aircraft line maintenance yield, reduce cost and integrate core planning processes.
