During my internship focused on infants and toddlers in an early childhood education setting, I gained specialized experience working with children from birth to age three. I learned how to support the unique developmental needs of this age group, including fostering secure attachments, promoting sensory and encouraging early communication skills.
During my internship in Early Childhood Education, I learned how to interact with children, I developed a deeper understanding of child behaviour, developmental milestones, and how to support individual learning needs. Additionally, I contributed to lesson planning, supervised playtime, and helped with assessments and progress tracking.
