I lead and manage a team of 13-20 members across the Ambient work floor to ensure that daily operations and targets are consistently achieved and maintained. I foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
I have successfully managed and trained teams of 15-18 individuals in the Pick-to-Belt area, responsible for moving cartons from bulk pick to the work floor before dispatch. I consistently met and exceeded KPIs, achieving 10,000 cartons per hour, often surpassing 11,000–13,000 cartons per hour. This performance enabled management to reduce working hours while increasing overall production KPIs. I also collaborated closely with SPOC operators and Unstrappers to resolve any issues with belts and sensors that impacted hourly productivity.
Additionally, I am trained in both Dispatch and Receiving operations. I coordinate with TOLL Transport, Shift Office, and Sorter Departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations, meeting customer demands by ensuring that all loads are sent and received in a timely manner.
