Another role I held around the Port Adelaide football club was in their membership department. I worked casually within their call centre. This role in particular is where I learned a lot of valuable lessons around building work place relationships and the value of team work within an organisation

Accomplishments

  • Leadership Course - Port Adelaide Football Club: This is a course I am extremely proud of being a part. I had the opportunity to not only assist in making the program, I was also a lead facilitator on the course. The course was a leadership course designed to help young multicultural leaders utilise their existing skills but to develop new ones in a safe space. I organized various activities and guest speakers for the students to gain different perspectives from young leaders and professionals The course was offered to schools within our multicultural department as an extra circular activity
