Summary

I am currently pursuing a degree in psychology, providing a strong foundation in human behaviour, cognitive processes, and behavioural intervention strategies, supporting my development toward a Behaviour Support Practitioner role. In my current role as a Participant Onboarding Manager, I review multiple Behaviour Support Plans each week and ensure strategies are clearly communicated to support staff. I engage directly with families and participants, building strong, collaborative relationships with their support teams to deliver person-centred outcomes. Combined with my experience as a support worker where I attended numerous BSP training, applied strategies with participants, and collaborated with practitioners on new and existing intervention which has strengthened my practical skills in functional behaviour assessment, data interpretation, and the implementation of evidence-based, ethical strategies. I am committed to fostering inclusion, reducing restrictive practices, and achieving meaningful outcomes for participants through effective collaboration and communication.
