I am a dedicated and hardworking Operator/ Labourer for Macs currently working on all different projects within the Mac and I-parks group. Such as limestone pads, drainage and civil earthworks I have spent the last 2-3 years engaged in either; manual handling labour or civil Earthworks / refinery operations. I welcome challenges and the opportunity to get my hands dirty. When I’m not working/ travelling for work my life heavily revolves around family. I have progressively become more equipped to deal with chaotic situations/ environments. I am goal focused, highly motivated and work extremely well as a member of any team, however function well individually as well. My communication skills are at a high level where it would serve myself well within the context of a job role working with you. Having two older brothers currently working for Rio Tinto progressing within their own careers, I welcome any opportunity to enter the mining industry just as they did. I am a quick learner and utilise feedback given to me to only get better at what I’m partaking in. Having moved around industries in the last 3 years I have looked at gaining a base skillset to be able to solidify something in mining and I feel like this job role would be a great fit for me.
