At Keystar I started working as a personal assistant to the Business Managers, I see the customers to receipt their deposits, sell and set up their insurances and print their finance documents and send them off to the bank to be settled. I also organise the customers old loans to be paid, and organise any refunds that need to be made. I also would send off Tax Invoices to Brokers and Banks for customers who were financing outside the dealership.
I was then trained to be a business manager and moved to my new role in 2021 where i would work with customers to find the best finance and insurance package for their needs as an integral part of the sales process. Quote sell, and prepare insurance and warranty products. Accurately prepare and submit finance and insurance related documentation. Liase with the lender throughout the application and settlement process. Maintain the finance log and accurately report figures. Receip deposits & finalise vehicle payments. Maintain compliance requirements and providing exceptional customer service
