Hello, I’m Tahlia, I am a mum of 2 and am currently looking at trying something new in the work force. I do really love the early childhood sector and working with some amazing people and seeing all the children grow and come out of there shells but I believe I need to see what else is out there to give me a new opportunity not just for myself but also my children. I am a very compassionate Childcare educator known for creating safe, stimulating environments for young children while ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and productively. Skilled in early childhood development, behaviour management strategies, and age-appropriate activity planning. Excel at communication, patience, and empathy, allowing for effective engagement with children of all ages. I learn and pick up things quite quickly while also taking feedback on how I can improve on my work practices etc.I have Developed skills in the childcare environment, including effective communication with other educators and parents, developed beautiful relationships with every child’s family, I have patience, and adaptability. I played netball for 15 years only stopped due to having kids

I started netball when I believe I was 6 and continued all throughout my childhood into my teens! I would play 5 days a week and loved it a lot.
