• Adhere to department policies and procedures in review and assessment of Victorian Police Infringement
Appeals.
• Ensure a transparent, fair and equitable approach is taken throughout the entirety of the appeals process.
• Compile relevant evidence and prepare appropriate written responses following the lodgement of appeal
requests.
• Provide consistently courteous, professional and timely customer service in line with internal standards.
• Issues official warnings as applicable and provide additional information as needed to ensure these are
understood.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed records including hard copies and soft copies in the VIEW
database.
• Ensure correspondence is responded to within established time frames and to expected standards.
• Perform case review functions under limited direction in collaboration with the Case Review Team and wider
branch.
• Prepare accurate Briefs of Evidence.
• Ensure required KPI’s are met within required time frames.
