• Key liaison for state and federal funding applications, and appropriate allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization according to identified needs.

Utilised science and evidence based psychological interventions to educate and empower adult clients on their journey to healing, better outcomes and meaningful change. Specific areas of interest included anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction. My aim is always to instil hope and facilitate the discovery of purpose, as I come alongside my clients to help them navigate life. Main duties included client liaison and customised advice and solutions in areas such as succession planning, cross-selling, income and expense management, client relationship management, client base research, business planning, dealing with undesired clients and human resource management.
