Over the last 10 years I have worked in different technical customer facing roles in the IT industry.

As a member of a sales team I worked with various customers, educating, engaging to learn more about their problems and discussing potential solutions.

I gained experience in working through different conditions, sometimes under pressure and communicating successfully with different personalities.
