I worked as a Trainee Property Manager in a family-owned property business. My duties included dealing with tenant enquiries (face to face, by phone or email), co-ordinating jobs (such as plumbing) and drafting an agreed jobs list to the management team for approval. I also had general office duties, such as inputting data and photocopying.
My role as a volunteer at PCH was to ensure that patients and their families had as smooth of an experience in the hospital given their circumstance
