  • Created reports, analysed data and investigated low utilization of consultants.
  • Responsible for managing the staffing of 22 summer interns. I received positive feedback and as a result I was entrusted with taking on the technology subspace team, which included 40+ consultants and managers.
  • Created a tracker that allowed me to effectively organize, track and follow up on the multiple projects I was responsible for staffing. This tracker was then adopted by my team.
  • Using my creativity and problem solving skills I created a weekly report that allowed managers to see who had capacity outside of their teams, so that they could fill their own short term ad hoc staffing needs. This increased utilization across ZS in Europe and also reduced the amount of requests Staffing Partners were receiving, enabling them to focus on more challenging staffing requests.
  • Adept at learning quickly and to tight deadlines. Prior to ZS I had minimal Excel knowledge and within my first week at the company I created 3 large reports using pivot tables and excel which was presented to leadership. I received positive feedback from my manager.
  • Effectively communicated and worked with multiple teams, clients and Staffing Partners. Handled challenging conversations with managers who were not following the staffing process and realigning them with staffing expectations.

  • Investigated potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system, including money laundering and first party fraud.
  • Analyzed several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacted customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges and liaised with the police and the Complex Fraud department where necessary.
  • Followed procedure to secure accounts that had been taken over by a fraudulent party. This sometimes involved calming distressed customers.
  • Maintained accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation
  • Worked quickly to meet timed SLA deadlines to clear high priority queues where suspicious account activity has been flagged. Depending on the case I could take anywhere between 15-35 calls/hour.
