Accomplishments

    When on inbound calls for ERSB I actively listen to what the client needs help with on that occasion. Even if the client is only wanting some basic information on how to apply, I go through a checklist of their evidence to ascertain if it fulfils legislative requirements and direct them to relevant web pages. I like to do this before they apply, so they are not wasting their time waiting to be advised at a future date by the operative who processes their application. This achieves understanding and appreciation from the clients that we're being helpful, honest and trying to help them find the best solution for their needs.
