New Homes Sales Associate
- Supporting the New Homes Consultant.
- Managing a file load of 30.
- Greeting and liasing with clients.
- Taking new leads.
- Assisting and actioning customer queries both via email and phone.
- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Preparing documentation, finalising and sending through to clients.
- Investigating complaints and providing a resolution for the client.
Sales Coordinator
- Assisting the Regional Sales Managers with their weekly and monthly reporting.
- Completing various daily clerical tasks allocated daily for the Regional Sales Managers.
- Assisting the House and land Co-ordinator creating packages, liasing with land agents and assiting the sales team.
- Managing and training the sales associates.
- Organising and managing sales meetings and team building functions.
- Assisting with new display village agreements with the general counsel.
- Team leading when one of the Regional Manager's is on leave.
- Approving invoices for the display homes.
- Maintaining catalogue stock levels, coffee orders, milk orders and stationary orders for the display.
- Monthly inventory reports.
- Analysing competitor products and promotions.
- Leading training sessions for the sales associates.
