As a host:

• Provided exceptional customer service by attentively listening to customer needs and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.

• Volunteer position.
• Work with groups of High School students studying either Science (Year 9) or HSC Biology (Year 12). There are usually 2-3 school groups present in one session with myself managing 20 - 50 students at any one time.
• Assist students in answering questions regarding anatomy, physiology, pathology and any general science or science career related queries.
• Present and model pathological specimens to educate students,

Grievance, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer.

• This was a volunteer position as an executive board member.
• Responsible for handling all internal grievances and disputes with tact and professionalism.
• Responsible for ensuring planned events and member hiring satisfied the Anti-Discrimination Act.
• Promoted inclusivity and diversity within the club by ensuring there were a diverse range of members hired.

• Wide product knowledge - allergens, nutritional breakdowns etc.
• Ability to retain large influxes of information - required to memorise 90+ drink recipes at any one time, plus any variations that customers request.
• Experience in running the store on my own; often being the sole opening staff member.
• Experience in end of day banking + communications with bank.
• Excellent customer service, always striving to boost customer satisfaction.
