Successfully lead a team introducing Blackberry's clinical collaboration solutions to healthcare professionals and facilities across the United States;
• Generating pipeline for potential conversion;
• Identify decision makers within target companies, converting prospects into face-to face or phone appointments for our clients;
• Develop marketing white paper material, incorporated in email marketing campaigns;
• Organising discovery sessions to demonstrate the client's solution;
• Prepare bi-weekly reports on Lead Generation programs, presenting to senior management;
• Consistently supervise and train staff to ensure targets are consistently met;
• Initiate and deliver team building exercises and motivational events in collaboration with senior management.
