- We underwent what we called ageing in place which the high care residents had the choice of breakfast in bed or to join the dining room experience. This meant we were doing our last personal cares with the residents around 11am and improved as we gained more experience.

- During my time at uniting I was on a traineeship and given the opportunity to go for an all expenses paid two day conference in Sydney meeting the head director of Uniting.
- I had experience with a resident whom suffered dementia and had passed away and was offered a chance at helping wash and dress the resident which i felt was extremely rewarding. Due to this at Verto during theory my mentor had asked me to do an extra curricular story based on my experience.
