During my time at McDonald's i worked front counter,drive-thru and kitchen. As a crew member i'd take orders,collected payments and issue correct change if necissary. I demonstrated exceptional multitasking abilities whilst managing multiple orders during busy shifts as well as cashing orders without compromising service standards. i also collaborated with other crew members to complete orders and ensure orders were handed out correctly. As a Kitchen staff member i maintained a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a positive and safe work environment. I cooked menu items according to specified instructions. I handled high-pressure situations calmly, maintaining professionalism even during peak business periods. I followed all safety protocols and maintained a safe working environment, such as wearing correct PPE and thoroughly cleaning dishes. I continually wiped counters and sanitized equipment to maintain clean food prep and dining areas.

During my time at IGA i greeted customers, helped locate merchandise, and suggested suitable options. Stocked merchandise, clearly labelling items, and arranging according to size or colour. Whilst in the bakery i maintained clean, organized kitchen to maximize efficiency and food safety. As well as that i decorated baked goods and designed visually appealing displays of finished products,arranged bakery displays to showcase baked goods, cakes, and pies to drive product sales. Operated commercial kitchen equipment and tools.Maintained tidy and organized store environment to comply with cleanliness standards.Replenished sales floor merchandise and organized shelves, racks, and bins for optimal appearance.
