  • Led a small group focused on the integration of the PMO and TMO functions at Hollard, defined a clear vision/mission statement and capabilities assessment to set up an enterprise function that governs and supports the delivery of projects in alignment with Hollard’s goals.
  • Provided a consultative, collaborative approach supporting the delivery of projects and providing unbiased governance and reporting for transformation projects, including a Major Integration Program Delivery>$35m, Guidewire Claims Project>$22.5m, other transformation projects>$42.5m (Guidewire, Genesys, Azure Platform Migration, and Cyber Security Review Projects).
