During the past fourteen years I have formed a broad knowledge-base on environmental issues and management within the industry. I am involved in risk assessment, auditing, contractor management, budget planning, arc GIS mapping, training and presenting environmental awareness, stakeholder engagement, dispute resolution, social responsibility and community/ stakeholder consultation through Cultural heritage clearance and vegetation clearance protocol activities. I supervise contractor activity and manage reporting on lands, biodiversity offsets and rehabilitation compliance and completion criteria I also assistthe onsite monitoring programs, performing sample collections, testing and dispatch also data input into various computer programs. I assist the Environmental Superintendent with government reporting, researching feasibility studies and reviewing management plans/files etc. I am a member of the site Emergency response team dedicated to training and safety awareness in the event of site emergencies. I also have knowledge in Environmental Audits and inspections through involvement of these processes at the above mine.

I also hold the position of HSR representative for our department and am involved in volunteering for various site-based groups including Community/family days, Christmas committee etc.

• Previously I enjoyed the rewards of being the part owner and operator of a small farm business with my Husband consisting of an approximately 1200ac. The sudden passing of my husband regrettably dictated the necessity of selling our farm.
• I enjoy spending time in Nature, this can be just enjoying the peace and beauty or seeking adventure. I love white water rafting, fishing, abseiling and camping
• I am a mother with three children, and one step child. I enjoy spending time with my children and love to be outdoors, playing sports, gardening, fishing and camping. I have a passion for animals, environment and nature, and I have a great interest in Emergency training and safety. I enjoy hard work and a challenge both physically and mentally.
