In addition I support colleagues in their roles and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise the care women receive.   • As a team leader, responsible for organising staff, allocations and providing support to colleagues enhancing a positive environment which reflects on the quality of care given and received. In addition I also step into the role of Midwifery Unit Manager when required.
  • Responsible for the unit rostering of 50 midwives across Special Care Nursery, Birth Suites and Postnatal ward.
  • Create positive experiences by providing woman centred care throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods. Additionally provide the same support and compassion for families where their babies have passed.
