Primary Responsibilities:

Initiatives:

  • Leading the Citywide's digital transformation initiative for Citywide's Waste services contracts.
  • Developed a data management strategy that would streamline the data flow out of a wide application landscape which would enable the business to be agile and make informed decision.
  • Analyzed and mapped existing systems/application landscape and databases and recommended enhancements to solve business needs

Leading:

  • Engaging with IT vendor and internal IT support to determine SLA’s, in-scope services, out-of-scope services and associated costs for budgetary adherence.
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements
  • Define, document and implement changes to business processes and related IT solution.
  • Facilitating workshops, conducting one on one interviews, process mapping and utilising other methods including developing User Stories.
  • Managing Requirement traceability across the initiative
  • Leading the next-level product and system development projects with third-party providers and/or multi-stakeholder collaboration projects.
  • Collaborate closely with upper management to drive strategy through development and implementation of new processes.

Reporting:

  • Provide trend analysis or operational improvements over time and build operational efficiency benchmarks for each waste stream
  • Support continuous improvement in the operation working with the waste management team, supervisor team and administration to ensure cost control, efficiency gains and KPIs are achieved.

Winter Social Impact Scholar at Swinburne Information System for Social Impact Research Group, Melbourne

As part of the research group I am currently working on two projects:

1. Africa National Digital ID Program Review

Responsibilities

  • Background research including the collection of additional data on bio-metric, application and purpose characteristics of some of the outstanding national ID systems not yet collected for analysis.
  • Ideation and conceptual modeling and the preparation of analytics and reports from the collected data including development of best-of-kind approaches to data visualization for the research project.

2. Digital Data Land Governance

Protecting the rights of tribal groups in remote Satpuda Ranges, Maharashtra, India.
