• Demolition and Preparation: Removed all old structures, including walls, floors, and sanitary installations. Given the historical nature of the log house, I paid special attention to preserving the building’s structure and took precautions during demolition to maintain its integrity.
• Construction Work: Built new partitions, installed new flooring, and carried out all necessary load-bearing construction work to ensure the apartment’s structural strength, taking into account the unique features of the older log house.
• Electrical and Plumbing Work: Installed the entire electrical system, including lighting, outlets, and switches. I also handled the plumbing, installing the water supply and sewage systems, considering the specific requirements of renovating an older building.
• Finishing Work: Managed all finishing tasks, including painting walls, installing flooring, fitting doors and windows, and installing sanitary fixtures. Special care was taken to preserve the architectural style and historical elements of the building.
• Material Selection and Procurement: Chose and procured all necessary materials, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery. I also ensured a balance between modernizing the space and preserving the historical value of the building.

All work was carried out independently, demonstrating strong time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. As a result of the renovation, the apartment was transformed into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living space, while preserving the unique characteristics of the historic log house.
