I was responsible for the complete renovation and construction of a 60-square-meter apartment, spread across two floors of a 1900s log house. The project involved all tasks from demolition to final finishing, with all work being carried out independently, ensuring precision, quality, and timely completion.

• Demolition and Preparation: Removed all old structures, including walls, floors, and sanitary installations. Given the historical nature of the log house, I paid special attention to preserving the building’s structure and took precautions during demolition to maintain its integrity.
• Construction Work: Built new partitions, installed new flooring, and carried out all necessary load-bearing construction work to ensure the apartment’s structural strength, taking into account the unique features of the older log house.
• Electrical and Plumbing Work: Installed the entire electrical system, including lighting, outlets, and switches. I also handled the plumbing, installing the water supply and sewage systems, considering the specific requirements of renovating an older building.
• Finishing Work: Managed all finishing tasks, including painting walls, installing flooring, fitting doors and windows, and installing sanitary fixtures. Special care was taken to preserve the architectural style and historical elements of the building.
• Material Selection and Procurement: Chose and procured all necessary materials, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery. I also ensured a balance between modernizing the space and preserving the historical value of the building.

All work was carried out independently, demonstrating strong time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. As a result of the renovation, the apartment was transformed into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living space, while preserving the unique characteristics of the historic log house.

I worked as the day supervisor at a snow park, responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the slopes, customer satisfaction, equipment functionality, and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Slope Maintenance and Safety: Ensured that all slopes were properly maintained and open for skiing, ensuring the safety of visitors. Coordinated snowmaking and grooming operations to ensure the slopes were in optimal condition at all times.
• Equipment Functionality: Ensured that all park equipment, including lifts, machines, and other devices, were functioning smoothly. I organized necessary maintenance and responded quickly to any technical issues.

I worked at my grandfather’s farm, where my main tasks included operating and maintaining various agricultural machinery. I drove tractors and combines, assisting with fieldwork such as soil cultivation, sowing, harvesting, and transporting crops. Additionally, I participated in the farm’s daily activities, including machine maintenance, equipment upkeep, and minor repairs. The job required a responsible attitude, technical knowledge of machinery, and the ability to adapt to different conditions.
