Tania Aldred

Bellbird Park, QLD

Summary

I have 25 years’ experience working in the Community Services sector both New Zealand and Australia. I have gained a lot of knowledge over this time and have worked from support worker level through to management level. Recently I coordinated NDIS service delivery operations, which included supporting clients from government-funded programs to successfully transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme. A key function of this role was to negotiate service agreements, schedules of supports, manage budgets and to support my team to maintain a high standard of service delivery. I also monitored rosters and staff hours and made sure that casual/permanent employees were working within the scope of the SCHCADS award.
