HR Manager - IPF

In this position I provide senior level business partnering support to the Incitec Pivot Fertilisers Leadership and Management teams. I also collaborate closely with the global HR shared service functions, to ensure excellence in delivery of all people process including operationalising the HR strategy to support business outcomes.


Key Achievements:

  • Leading organisational design and change management activities for proposed business separation.
  • Leading the HR integration following an acquisition.
  • Industrial relations strategy development and planning for proposed new joint venture for green ammonia plant build.
  • Introduction of the Talent Council process in support of retention strategy for skilled labour shortage.
  • Serving as the APAC Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives, championing efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Supporting continuous improvement work within the global HR function, including the enhancement of the Parental Leave Policy.

In this role I had the accountability for the HR Shared Service and HRIS function for the Asia Pacific Region. This included the Leadership of the HR Shared Services Team (including HR Officers, Advisors & Analysts – team of 8-10), as well as collaborating with Shared Service peers Globally.


Key Achievements:

  • Development and endorsement of HRIS roadmap +5 year horizon, in support of executing on the IPL people strategy.
  • Implementation of new Onboarding and Ticket Management systems, resulting in significant improvement in employee experience and team efficiency.
  • Ownership over development and rollout of HR Productivity Dashboard reporting.
