Summary

You will see my past is quite varied. It doesn't even include the many hours working in my various family food businesses as a young girl, this gave me the strong work ethic I have today.

A strong administration background, plus sales, negotiating, customer service, debt collection, insurance broking, auditing, training and development. I've worked in finance, insurance, Government, property and now the electrical industry.

The past 14 years have been with EQL. From humble beginnings in the Contact Centre which gave me a strong foundation of company departmental knowledge: learning to navigate many software systems, process a wide variety of call enquiries in real time, while adhering to strict time targets and KPIs.

I have spent a large part in Network Operations, all the details are listed. Along my career, I have taken on some temporary roles to learn, grow, diversify my skillset and bring back what I learned to my role to constantly improve.

I took on a PA role, using my attention to detail, strong organising, admin and negotiating skills, taking ownership of tasks, following up employees & Manager’s work and holding people to account to strict deadlines.

Moved into land tenure & property acquisition, applying my previous knowledge of Native Title from the Department of Housing. Working closely with other teams to strict deadlines whilst providing exceptional customer service and identifying improvements along the way.

I am very passionate about health & safety, providing quality customer service and being efficeint and effective. I am a perfectionist but with many flaws and will continue to strive to be better every day.
