  • Supporting the sales team and selling agent's in regards to vehicle location tracking, transport bookings, ETA's and back end support in SAP and STS.
  • Implementation of the sales Matrix in SAP/STS and constant monitoring to ensure minimum and maximum requirements are being met. This helps to ensure that a maximum selling potential is being reached across all agent's, that also complies with storage capabilities.
  • Running daily reports and bulk actions accordingly, to determine that; all units are reflecting the correct logistics status and that all sold units are transport booked in a timely manner.
  • Answering DQP and email enquiries that can include, but is not limited to; stock searches, providing STS links, issues with sales carding / logistics status', ETA's and transport bookings and any contracting issues that may arise.
  • Analyzing inventory and transport trends to identify and prepare for potential issues and discrepancies.
  • Communicating with our agent's when units have been damaged in transit, as well as sourcing alternative replacements when necessary.
  • Launching new models in STS - from uploading to STS within a strict timeframe, to the ongoing agent support after the on-sell date.
  • Working closely with our VPC and logistics managers, to identify congestion issues from the shipping ports, VPC sites, and interstate transport; that may directly impact the timeframes of units being delivered to agent sites.

  • Forecasting the supply and demand of vehicle inventories.
  • Accounts and deal-processing with daily cycles and periodic full-scale audits. This includes
    balancing accounts, reimbursing credit card transactions, the co-ordination of sales commission
    payments and bonuses, invoicing, raising purchase orders and initiating finance payouts of
    vehicles (floorplan transfers) between dealerships.

    stock availability to the sales department.

    fitment of accessories and mechanical repairs ( to prepare vehicles as per; the sales contract),
    auditing sales contracts and registration / vehicle transfer paperwork and communicating
    interdepartmentally the date and time of vehicle deliveries.

    numbers) direct to Vicroads and complying with their auditing standards and procedures.
