- Provide counseling, psychoeducation, and support to workers coping with psychological injuries, empowering them to manage symptoms, overcome barriers to recovery, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes
- Provide fortnightly updates to all stakeholders, including injured workers, treating practitioners, employers, and insurers, regarding the progress of injured workers' rehabilitation plans, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all rehabilitation activities, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
