Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of workers' progress, adjusting return-to-work plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and promote successful return to work
Develop individualized return-to-work plans in collaboration with workers, treating practitioners, employers, and insurers, focusing on promoting psychological well-being, enhancing coping skills, and facilitating return-to-work goals
Facilitate communication and coordination between injured workers, treating psychologists or psychiatrists, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation
Provide counseling, psychoeducation, and support to workers coping with psychological injuries, empowering them to manage symptoms, overcome barriers to recovery, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes
Provide fortnightly updates to all stakeholders, including injured workers, treating practitioners, employers, and insurers, regarding the progress of injured workers' rehabilitation plans, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all rehabilitation activities, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Stay abreast of developments in the field of psychological rehabilitation, including emerging research, legislation, and best practice guidelines, to inform evidence-based service delivery and professional development efforts.
