Have previous experience of registered nurse, now learning HR.

When working as a nurse beside bed side clinical care, over the years i have also developed skills of administration work, as i have assisted in payroll and rostering. Developed good communication skills, as Nursing job involves managing the staff on the floor and working with the entire multidisciplinary team, talking with family members and patients.

Empathy and compassion comes naturally to a nurse.

Through the course of time have developed great leader ship skills as have to manage a large team of staff under you.

Undertaking documentation and paper work is a part of my role.

Nursing field prepared me to work effectively under pressure as well. My skills are not limited to this as i am an avid learner and can adapt to changing environments well. I am certain that my skills will contribute to this field of work tremendously.
