• Collaborated with Amazon Seller partners to initiate documentation request via raising Email and call requests using Paragon tool.
• Connected with Amazon Sellers and Vendors using Amazon Internal Communication Software for
  product listed by sellers which comprised of Lithium Batteries.
• Utilized Paragon to extract seller data for communication regarding documentation processes, followed by updating data according to SLA criteria for high-impact ASINs.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT - GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES (GTS)

• Collaborated with Global Trade Services team to ensure accurate alignment with import and export regulations, facilitating compliance with local customs.
• Collaborated with process experts to revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and analyzed error trends to drive quality improvements.

EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY

• Engaged in analysis and documentation of Seller Partner Paragon cases, while also conducting validation of their Extended Producer Responsibility Registration Numbers to ensure alignment with compliance requirements for Seller Partners.

ONBOARDING - DANGEROUS GOODS SELLERS

• Reporting violations of regulations and policies and identifying Root causes of same by analyzing data and providing RCA (Root cause analysis) and CAPA (corrective action and preventive action).
