while working for coles . I entered the Royal Queensland Baking show in 2006 for class 20 novelty /special occasion cakes. I designed and made a  Castle with wizard ,dragons ,stars and drawbridge it won first place. next year I reentered the same competion making a fairy themed cake with swans , a huge bell, orchids and waterfall  being made novelty cake champion 2years in a row. and being pictured both times in the baking magazine.
