Summary

My role is to grow the Gallagher Benefits Services in Australia. This will be through the acquisition of quality business's and also working closely with other Arthur J Gallagher services in providing quality advice and benefits to AJG's many clients.

My position is evolving as our business continues to grow. The roles I am responsible for is, the commercial strategy and developing the organisation. I am also responsible for helping unite and identify the client and growth opportunities within the Gallagher Business’s

As a founding principal of Complete Financial Balance (CFB) my role has grown and developed along with the practice. My involvement in strategy and financial control of the business is underpinned by my love of financial advisory and I manage all this on a daily basis. My client portfolio with CFB ranges from individuals wishing to plan for their future right through to investment management and client goal setting. The recent appointment of a General Manager for CFB has meant I can further focus on building my client base and relinquish much of the day to day managerial duties I once had.
