As a long-time small business owner on the Surf Coast, I bring nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing payroll, accounting, customer service, and team leadership. I am now seeking a new role that allows me to continue to grow in business and financial management while I navigate my three year plan to move back into the workforce while I prepare the business for sale. Owning and operating a busy café taught me to be adaptable, self-driven, and proactive in solving problems—skills that align well with Ghanda’s values and the collaborative environment you’ve described. I’ve been responsible for all aspects of business operations including processing payroll, managing timesheets, superannuation, and leave entitlements using platforms such as Xero and rostering systems such as Deputy as well as business development, management, planning & administration.
